Larger transactions
As a thank-you for choosing us, our services are free on transactions where the mortgage requirement exceeds £150,000.
Debt consolidation & adverse credit
Cases involving debt consolidation or adverse credit need extra research and lender negotiation.
Shared ownership
Includes additional checks, housing association requirements and more complex affordability assessments.
Foreign national mortgages
£95 payable upfront to secure your Decision in Principle, and the remaining £200 only on completion.
Specialist equity release advice
Specialist later-life advice. The precise amount depends on your circumstances.
